Does anyone have a dog with atopic dermatitis diagnosed? The success of treatment?

My four years old Dobie mix "drum" had done to the skin test for allergies. He was allergic to numerous various herbs, trees, dust, mold, etc. He started Atopica / cyclosporine, allergy shots, antihistamine and anti-fungal in early July. He has now lost 3 quarters of his coat, created tremors in the extremities and papillomas (warts or pimples)
