my friend has a skin difficulty.he starts to itch then u can see welts swell up on arms and thighs primarily .He mentioned it itches really undesirable.He takes allergy meds.and it goes away for a day or two.then comes proper back.often lips eyes and nose swells on his really bad day.any suggestions for him???
