Every spring time(when it begins to warm up after winter) I get strange skin rashes on my hands between my wrist and fingertips. there are groups of slightly darker colored bumps, and skin peeling, mostly on the inside of the palms and fingertips.

This is the third year this has happened to me, and the last two years it has lasted about three months.
